Google user data (N3T Mobile app)
This section applies to the N3T Mobile app (Android co.n3tmobile.mi, iOS “N3T Mobile”) when the customer chooses to connect a Google account for the AI call assistant. Connecting is voluntary and can be turned off at any time.
Google scopes requested and why
- openid and email: show the connected Google account in the app so the customer can confirm it is the right one.
- calendar.freebusy: read only the free and busy time ranges for the next 14 days, so the call assistant knows when the customer is busy and can offer free times for callbacks. It gives no access to event titles, descriptions, attendees or locations.
- calendar.events.owned: create and delete, only on calendars the customer owns, the callback or appointment events the assistant books, with a 5-minute reminder, and detect “focus time” events so that during focus time only family and VIP calls ring through. We do not read other people's calendars, calendar lists or settings.
What is stored and for how long
Only busy time ranges (start and end times) are stored. With “Availability only” on, which is the default, event titles and contents are neither read nor stored. Events the assistant books (time, caller number and name, and a summary) are stored so they can be shown in the app and synced to the calendar. Busy ranges are replaced on every sync, deleted once they ended more than 24 hours ago, and nothing beyond 14 days ahead is kept.
Security and deletion
Access credentials (tokens) are encrypted at rest and all traffic uses HTTPS. When the customer chooses “Disconnect calendar” in the app, N3T Mobile revokes the grant with Google and immediately deletes the stored busy times and tokens. The customer can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Events the assistant already wrote stay in the customer's own calendar. To request deletion of other data, write to atencionprivacidad@vinoc.mx.
Limited Use
Google data is not sold, is not used or transferred for advertising, and is not used to train AI models. No human reads this data except with the customer's consent, for security reasons or to comply with the law.
N3T Mobile's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
